About Me

My name is Patrick Moore. I am the Lead Pastor of Life Church Franklin in Franklin, North Carolina. My family and I planted LCF in January 2008. I’ve adopted the nickname Mountain Pastor as I live and work in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of western North Carolina.

I’ve devoted this blog to creating and sharing ideas, thoughts and resources for big thinking churches in small towns all across the United States. My heart and passion is to see thriving, biblical based churches in small towns across the country make huge impacts for the Kingdom of God.

I love hanging and playing with my amazing family of 4 kids and my awesome wife Laurel. If I’m near a beach I’ve got a long and short board ready to surf. If I’m near a mountain I’m either dirt biking or snowboarding.
